Marsha is able to summon a violent storm to ravage the area around her. The clouds are near, the rains heavy, the lightning close, the hail destructive, and winds able to knock most off their feet. She has limited control over the storm, beyond a vague push over the direction of the wind and the strike of lightning.

Secondary Power:
Marsha is able to summon forth a nimbus cloud she can ride, she can also carry a passenger or two with her, with some strain.

Tertiary Skill:
Marsha is quite a good meteorologist, in the last three years she has only gotten a few predictions wrong.

Hyper Power:
Marsha can attack the opponent with a far more powerful and directed version of her storm. She can, however only use one aspect of the storm at a time, be it rain, wind, lightning, or hail.

Clutch Power:
In a pinch, Marsha can create a widespread and violent hurricane. This is a highly destructive move, and one Marsha only uses if she is outside of the city proper, or facing a Grimm which could potentially do more damage to New Kyoto.

Short beams of focused, random-colored energy shoot from the tips of Aleta's fingers. The energy, while travelling, oscillates in a sinusoidal wave, which causes it to hum at a high pitch as it moves. Aleta has fine-tuned control over how this wave manifests, and as such, is able to compose entire melodies during her displays.

Secondary:

Bass Boost.

Aleta generates a wave of concussive force from her palm. This rapidly expands the air in a directed blast, which resonates with a loud booming noise reminiscent of an electronic bass. By altering the intensity, Aleta is able to control both pitch and duration of the noise.

Hyper:

Power Amp.

For around five minutes, all of Aleta's powers gain the following effects.

Lumitone - There is no duration on how long the beams can be shot, and they now are capable of curving to seek out opponents. The colors are no longer purely aesthetic; red light will conflagrate, blue light freeze, orange explode, yellow electrocute, green paralyze, and purple confuse. The colors are still random.

Bass Boost - Aleta can now charge the shockwaves by making a fist. They will thrum in a pulsating rhythm that rises in volume as they charge. Charged waves, when released, are able to explode multiple times (up to ten) by imploding upon themselves, each subsequent explosion a lower intensity from the prior.

After her time runs out, she becomes fatigued.

Clutch:

Doki-Doki Revolution.

A band of bright, black energy surrounds Aleta and a single target. Two panels resembling grids of three by three materialize under her and her opponent's feet, marked by four out-facing arrows on the outer middle squares. Anyone that attempts to break through the black band, inside or outside, will be flung in the opposite direction with equal force.

A pre-rendered announcement created by Aleta booms, signaling the start of the game, and holographic arrows facing random directions made of the same black energy as the band begin to descend from the center of the arena. Both players must match the movement the arrow(s) describe by pushing their feet on the corresponding arrows of their platforms. The arrows will increase in speed until either a player misses a step, or a player leaves their platform. In either of these scenarios, the black band will instantaneously disappear and materialize solely around the offender, closing to constrict them and dealing massive damage in the process. For humans, basic Grimm, and weak Lords, this is instantaneously fatal. Greater Lords can survive, though they may be grievously wounded.

I Walk a Lonely Road.

This ability affects every piece of information, mental or physical, that can in any way lead to the understanding of Miki's existence. As soon as this data is created (sensed presence, written details, photographs, etc.), circumstance intervenes to try and destroy it. People who catch sight of her suddenly find themselves easily distracted by other, minor things, forgetting her entirely in tangent. Paperwork documenting her is often inexplicably lost, destroyed beyond repair, or seen as inconsequential and thrown away. This ability only seems to work through human error; if a CCTV captures her on video, the recordings will remain perfectly safe until the operator accidentally dumps all logs or an electrician knocks out all power to the servers. It also effects bestial Grimm, rendering her effectively invisible to what would be a dangerous opponent. The strength of this ability scales with the number of records being made of her. If a crowd notices her, it takes a much larger distraction to make them forget than just a single individual. However, unless contact is consistently maintained, even a crowd's collective memory will begin to fade, going from a decent recollection to a vague notion to an unconscious inkling that's never touched again. Also, the more information an individual has viewed of her in the past, the faster they are to recall that information upon being reminded. This does not, however, increase the length of time memory is retained following recollection; everything will come back in a flash, and still trickle away just as quickly as if they were hearing about her for the first time.

The Past Is Mine Alone.

Miki has a magically enhanced photographic memory. She is able to recall, in exact detail, everything she's experienced for the past fifteen years.

Coupled with her memory, Miki possesses a natural lightning-fast intellect and wit. She excels at strategy games, can quickly pick up and understand new concepts thoroughly, and is very fast on her toes when dealing with incoming dilemmas. However, she is very susceptible to stressful situations, and has difficulty thinking properly when there are actual risks to consider. Because of this (and a bit of a puckish streak) she mainly uses her skills for pranks and practical jokes. She also has earned multiple diplomas from online courses in various fields, all rendered worthless by their soon-after failure to keep existing. NKU has subsequently spent hundreds of dollars trying to find the glitch in their system, as it appears their online classes sometimes allow one less student than the posted cap.

Ride Along, Ride Along, Ride Along With Me.


Through effort, Miki is able to extend her field of discreetness to all individuals within a ten-foot radius. They experience the same casual inattention from observers, though are slightly more conspicuous to non-organic means. Using this, Miki would be able to bring a group of people safely through a horde of Grimm, aid a task force in sabotaging an enemy stronghold, or rescue detainees from dangerous insurgents. Naturally, she mainly uses this ability to make Kyu from Accounting wonder why Sadie keeps ignoring his small talk. Kyu, to his intense frustration, doesn't know why he keeps getting the cold shoulder, nor does he know why his boss keeps counting him as late when he was sitting at his desk since before starting time. This ability also gives Miki the implicit ability to make people question their sanity, and consider acting out just to try and be noticed. Stay strong, Kyu. At least your cat loves you.

Clutch Power:

I Feel Like Nothing.


Triggered by intense fear or self-doubt, Miki ceases to merely be viewed as invisible and actually turns so in truth. All sensory perceptions of her, aside from touch, become nonexistant. She still has a very faint magical aura, but only specialized trackers could follow it without difficulity, and her primary poses a threat of derailing even those. While in this form, she is handicapped; she's incapable of communicating through sound, can only see in a limited monochrome, and can be much more easily harmed by accident. If she is knocked unconscious or killed, she immediately reverts back to normal. She can also turn visible again by quelling whatever negativity fueled the change.

Primary Power:
Mia can produce constructs of hard light of any shape she so chooses, these constructs are extremely durable and quite hard. Any damage to these constructs can be quickly repaired my Mia. Typically she makes weapons with her power, but she can also make little bombs of sparkle and bright which burn any who are near, and blind those looking the wrong way. She can only use her power so long as she is surrounded by light.

Secondary Power:
When transforming Mia gives herself four wings of light which she can use to fly, as well as assist in agility maneuvers.

When she is in a low light environment Mia can activate her Hyper which causes her to glow, very, very brightly. She will constantly produce light, which is a constant drain upon her own energy, but this light can be used to mold weapons and is often more potent to Grimm than ambient light.

In a moment of danger Mia can draw all the light around her and pull it into herself until only total darkness remains. She can then release all of her collected light into a sudden and violent blast of brilliance and energy. She suffers extreme migraines after the use of this power.

Marina has variable inertia. This is disconnected to her mass or weight; her body mass does not change at all, nor does the effect of gravity on her body. Merely, in any equation where inertia would need to be calculated, her magic is capable of generating a force that mimics a much higher level of inertia than all other factors would create. The amount of time needed for inertia to reach a certain point is positively, logarithmically related to the distance between her current state and the chosen point. The more distance, the more time needed, though it begins to taper off at the higher levels.

Secondary Power:

Proteccion.
Any opposing forces generated by the physical application of Marina's inertia magic do not effect her, in a directly proportional relationship to the level of her inertia. Meaning, the higher her level of inertia, the less damage she will sustain from any physical means. In addition (though this is more of a side-effect of her primary, it fits thematically with her secondary), knockback from any physical means is drastically reduced in linear relation to the level of her inertia.

Marina's inertial abilities become temporarily suspended in regards to circular velocity, allowing her to generate massive amounts of centripetal force merely by spinning in place. The hyper also augments her ability to accelerate magically, reaching rotational speeds nearing 15 m/s. Once she attains a chosen velocity, the hyper ceases, giving her full prior inertia without the consequence of a slow start.

Clutch Power:

Cúpula Completa.
This clutch activates at the moment when a single lethal physical attack would overpower Marina's current inertia. Solely in relation to the offending object, her inertia is calculated as near infinite, rendering her invincible to that attack. If she is attacked from multiple directions, her clutch is unable to protect her. Directly after the object loses all momentum, the clutch deactivates, leaving Marina disoriented and vulnerable to any sort of offensive countermeasure.

Primary Power:
When Kioko holds a clockwork contraption that she intricately knows the internal workings of, she can create duplicates of the object. These duplicates will be stronger than the original, bear traps with snap with more force, explosions become more destructive, firearms increase stopping power, however once used the duplicates vanish and the original will rust away into iron dust.

The number of duplicates she can make depend on the size of the item, how well she can replicate the internals from memory, and how much magical energy she needs to put into the circuitry to make the object move. Typically small clockwork clocks that explode are her go to when she is in a pinch.

Secondary Power:
Upon the activation of her secondary, time around Kioko is greatly slowed. In combat she often uses this to move people out of immediate danger, set up traps using her various created contraptions, or keep herself out of danger should something unexpected happen. Out of combat she often slows time to grant her more tinkering time for the creation of the various traps and bombs she uses on a day to day basis.

When she was a younger witch she could only slow time for a few seconds, but with practice and her current support as the top rank Kioko is able to keep time slowed for extended periods or until she burns through stores of magical energy.

Tertiary Skill:
Kioko is a skilled tinker of things, she’s the sort of person who can take something apart and put it back together again using not much more than a paperclip and a few coins she might have in her pocket.

Hyper Power:
Upon activation a giant stopwatch of steam of gears appears in the air above Kioko, and once it starts ticking it gives Kioko full control over the flow of time in a particular area. She can do anything from pausing time with the snap of her fingers to rolling the flow of time forward or backwards so long as it had elapsed while the stopwatch was in place.

Clutch Power:
Upon activation a great workshop within which time is slowed considerably appears around Kioko. Within this workshop are all the tools and raw materials that she could need to construct any manner of contraption no matter how large or small it might be, be it a weapon for personal defense, an oversized bomb, or some sort of automaton made of steam and gears.

Personality:
Eloquently handsome, Haruka can easily talk to anyone in any public situation and have no problem performing in front of crowds or camera. Combined with her prince-like poetic demeanor and musical talents, she will steal the heart of both male and female audience alike.

Haruka can be considered to have an unfaltering optimism, to the point of naive. Although she is not naive enough to think that Grimm could be redeemed, she would always believe that the good always win in the end. Her optimism proved to be a great asset in combination with her strong sense of responsibility and protectiveness, which forms a driving force behind her passion as a magical girl. She takes her job seriously, and ends every battle swiftly in order to keep everyone safe, including her teammate.

Additionally, Haruka is very mentally resilient. She had been able to face against an extremely powerful Grimms without faltering, even though she was inexperienced at the time, as well as being at a disadvantage. She can easily conquer any fear in her heart, and quite literally shine against all odds.

However, despite being naturally strong and reliable, the constant pressure often gets to her as well. Haruka often finds difficulty in confiding her weakness to her friend, and more often than not would push them away when she was in doubt. Because of this, Haruka often stay with herself alone when she falters, and shut everyone out.

=====Consumed World=====

Spending a year in front of camera had solidified Haruka's latent ability as an actor. She most often puts on her "Prince Charming" persona whenever she appears on Doki Doki Channel, which she found to be extremely effective especially at raising her friends morale. Yet, due to the fact that some magical girl approached her because they were attracted to Haruka's Prince Charming persona, and not because they actually cared about Haruka's feeling deep down, Haruka found herself keeping most strangers at arm's length, only interacting with them with her persona.

Luckily, she also have a select few that she truly opens up to. The true self of her which was a fiery young girl who missed her father dearly.

Biography:
Born to a Japanese female Takarazuka stage actor, and a male US army soldier stationed in Japan, Haruka lost her mother at a young age during the Grimmocalypse. She was raised by her father, Piers Harket, alone. Her father had saved many lives during the crisis, and had since been leading a group of survivor in Osaka. He was selfless, but also smart enough to survive and recognises hopeless situations. At the same time, he was also charismatic, and was able to instilled hope amongst the survivors and managed to rallied them together. Haruka was inspired to be like him, and began to adopt a similar charismatic demeanour as well.

Haruka learned much of the street smart from her father, who realizes that he couldn't always take care of his own daughter 24/7. He taught her many things including how to start a fire, how to tie a rope, and how to use knife to defend herself. The knife quickly became her most favourite tool, and Haruka would often spend her time maintaining the knife that she had received from her father, keeping it sharp and shiny. She never really learned how to do make-ups or how to be lady-like, and was more like a boy than a girl.

Courage ran in the family, and Haruka eventually nagged her father enough to let her help him out whenever they had to engage a Grimm. Although they had almost never killed any Grimm, it was often just to buy her and the other survivors enough time to conduct rescue effort. Haruka and her father were well respected amongst the survivors, and the group continued to save more and more lives during the crisis.

Soon, Doki-Doki channel emerged, and it immediately became Haruka's favourite channel. Haruka would find her second idol then, the magical girls. They were strong, charismatic, and inspired hope in everyone much like her father did. She loved watching the show, and would always gather the other survivors to watch the show with her whenever it aired. Since Haruka was the daughter of the famous policeman that saved a lot of lives, most of the survivor jokingly and affectionately called her a magical girl, dubbing her “Shining Blade” after her favourite tool of choice. Haruka would often ended up pretending to be a magical girl to entertain herself and the survivors during her free time, and pretended to pull out an imaginary sword out of nowhere. Her life then changed when she actually managed to pull out a magical shining sword out of nowhere, much to the amazement of the survivors and her father. She was around 13 at the time.

As any parents would, Haruka’s father objected against Haruka signing up to be a magical girls to fight against the Grimms. Eventually, he realised how much this opportunity meant to Haruka, and contacted the DDC about his daughter.

=====Consumed World=====

It has been a year since she had joined DDC as magical girl. Although her rank wasn't rising at any extraordinary rate, she had attained a steady, and strong cult following from the female audience instead. Thanks to her appeal towards the female demographic, the fanbase even included some magical girl within DDC themselves. Ironically, some of her magical girl fan were actually above Haruka in the popularity chart.

Haruka had since familiarized herself with her power, and often found herself as the lead attacker when working in team. She often chose to take part in operation near Osaka prefecture in order to meet her father every once in a while.

Primary Power: Knight's Steel

Haruka can conjure an extremely dense and heavy steel of any shape with her magical power within 10 meter radius. This allows her to conjure heavy armour, weapons, and any equipments for any situations. Sword, spear, hammer, breast-plate, bridges, you name it. Knight's steel are smooth silver in colour.

The energy needed to conjure a steel depends on the size, shape, and familiarity of the object that Haruka wants to make. The bigger, the more energy will be required. The more complex, the less efficient it is to be conjured. However, Haruka can train herself to become familiar with conjuring a certain shape, which will allow her to become more efficient at conjuring them.

Although the steel are heavy, it appears to be weightless when Haruka wields them. This is thanks to the fact that Haruka can telekinetically manipulate her own steel, with the force proportional to the mass of the steel. It is not strong enough to levitate, however. The telekinesis allows Haruka to dampen most impact to her steel, and increases momentum in her steel as well. This greatly increases her defensive and offensive capabilities.

Once conjured, the steel cannot be mold out of it's shape. Instead, Haruka can de-materialize her steel to refund portion the magic used in conjuring them, and then conjure a different object instead.

Knight's Steel also dematerialize and return to Haruka as magical energy once she goes out of her transformed state.

Secondary Power: Spirit of the Steel

Haruka can imbue her steel with positive or negative emotion magic.

Positive magic will give her steel a golden aura. Golden steel shines brightly and lightly burns all Grimm nearby. It also lightly heals human, and greatly stabilize and improve their emotional state.

Negative magic will turn her steel jet black. Black steel are even denser, but also much easier to manipulate with Haruka's telekinesis of her own construct to the point that they can be effortlessly levitated.

Haruka can simultaneously charge one steel with positive magic, and another with negative magic.

While charged, steel can persist even though Haruka is not transformed or conscious. However, they will slowly loses their energy over time if Haruka does not maintain it. Eventually, they revert back to neutral Knight's steel, and dematerializes.

Tertiary Skill: Actor's Bloodline
Haruka is unbelievably good at singing. She can sing almost any style in a wide vocal range. She is also unbelievably good at acting, allowing her to adopt any persona during public display or even in simple conversation.

=====Consumed World=====
Haruka have since adopted a Prince Charming persona as her main magical girl persona. She seems almost like a Prince from a young girl's romance fiction. This allows Haruka to inspire hope and courage within her friends effectively, as well as raising her rating in DDC.

Hyper Power: Divine Diamond

If Haruka charges her steel to a certain point, they becomes diamond. The smaller the steel, the easier it is to do so.

Divine diamond shines its aura brighter than her golden steel. It severely burns any Grimm on touch. They also moderately soothes and heals injuries, and greatly inspire hope within human on touch. Haruka can discharge the energy within divine diamond into an intense beam of her aura as well.

Divine diamond can also levitate, but not as well as black steel.

Clutch Power: Merciless Ruby

Conversely, super charging with negative magic will result in ruby.

Merciless Ruby burns through everything it touches, or doesn't if Haruka decides not to. They can discharge into a highly destructive death laser as well.

Merciless Ruby are extremely easy to manipulate, and allow Haruka to easily dominate the sky. This also makes her nigh-immovable against most assault.

Using negative magic is very bad for one's health. Every doctor would recommend against it.

Saki is a rather cutsie girl, quick with a wink or ‘tee-hee’ should she bump into you by accident. She always seems happy or in a good mood no matter what happens, and seems prepared to flirt with just about anyone.

Biography:

Primary Power:
Saki surrounds an opponent or a closely grouped bunch of enemies with a large and sturdy bubble. She then rapidly constricts and shrinks the bubble down, crushing anything contained within.

Secondary Power:
Saki can create bubbles of any size or elasticity which she can use to surround herself or anything else she wishes to. These bubbles are extremely durable, the tougher bubbles hard to pop, and the elastic bubbles will forcefully attempt to return to their former shape, with more aggressive rebounds the closer one gets to the center of the bubble. Saki has found a wide number of non-combat uses for her powers, from cushioning falls of people jumping from burning buildings, to creating temporary bridges during other disasters, to creation of protective spaces for civilians being attacked by Grimm. If she can gets the weights right, she has even made them float before.

Tertiary Skill:
She is a trained EMT, and often on call for a wide number of different non-Grimm emergencies.

She’s also wicked with a violin or keyboard.

Hyper Power:
The space all around Saki is filled with a large number of quickly multiplying bubbles of various shape sizes and densities. These bubbles will scoop up any humans, and choke the life out of any Grimm unlucky to be close, or not smart enough to run away from the ever increasing wave of bubbles.

Clutch Power:
Saki creates a large and neigh impenetrable bubble with a misty black outer surface to it. This bubble has yet to be breached by any great showing of force, including a test where it was struck by the current rank 24, Kinetic-Blitz. It is known the clutch is made up of several layers of bubbles stacked on one another, and believed external damage is quickly repaired.

Personality:
Despite having the hope of the entire country on her back, Hitomi's unwavering confidence can clearly be seen in the way she walks, and the way she talks. She knows full well that she is powerful, smart, and sexy, and she owns it in style. She does things on her own terms, and years of experiences and failures have taught her how to not let her confidence get the better of her.

Hitomi has a very motherly demeanor, outside of the public scene, and is a mother figure to most of the magical girls. She is very approachable, and would not mind conversing with anyone, providing that she is not busy. She is also often seen personally instructing some magical girls when they are training, or as a substitute teacher for a random class because she loves teaching, and also because she can.

Biography:

Long time ago, there lives a colossal Grimm.

It stood as tall as about 5 storey building, and it was making sure to destroy as much building as possible. It stood on two legs, and it's fist shook the ground every time it pounds a building into dusts.

People were fleeing as chaos took over. Military clearly could not stop the monster, as it was too intelligent to just stand in front of tank cannons and rockets. All the military could do was buy more time for the civilians with their lives. The situation was hopeless, until a girl appears.

"Are you sure this is going to work?" The girl, not younger than 14 or 15, asked a team of camera men and radio technician standing behind her. "The more people cheering, the more power you have, this will work." A man in business suit replied.

"Even through camera?"

"In theory, yes, but I'm confident it will."

The girl rolled her eyes. Once again she was risking her lives. It's not a big problem for her, but the whole television show deal seemed pointless to her. Now she had a group of camera men to escort, and that's a liability.

But hey, she wasn't going to just let this Grimm destroy New Kyoto.

"Show this country why you are called Gungnir, the spear that never miss. I believe in you!" The man in suit said, fist shaking with enthusiasm. It was hard to tell if he had faith in the girl, or was just looking forward to profit. Yet, the girl would rather believe that he had faith in her.

Without hesitation, the girl transformed into her magical girl form, and rushed in the opposite direction of the fleeing crowd. She jumped from buildings to building, adeptly navigating through the chaos. A helicopter followed her close by, cameramen ready to capture the historical events that was about to occur.

The girl caught the attention of the Grimm, and like a wasp, proceeded to stab it from every direction possible. The Grimm tried to crush her, but mostly ended up slapping itself. Soon, the Grimm was lying on the floor from exhaustion, blue spears penetrated every few meter of it's body.

The girl then summoned a giant red lance, and threw it at one of the blue spear. The explosion chained from one spear to another, obliterating the Grimm. The girl narrowly escaped from the blast, jumping high up and grabbed onto the helicopter that followed her.

"I am Gungnir, the spear that never miss!" She said to the camera, smiling brightly. The whole television show deal worked. She never felt this much power coursing through her before...

"...and that's DDC episode 1, how Doki Doki channel became famous!" Hitomi said to the class she was teacher for the day. The history teacher were tied up with meetings and paperwork, and so she volunteered. "So, any questions?" She asked to the awestruck class of students who never expected to be taught about the Viscountess, by the Viscountess.

Primary Power: Chaos Lance

Hitomi can conjure any number of glowing red lance within 10 meter, capable of extending (or contracting) it's handle or shaft to any length on command.

The Lance is weightless, and extremely hard and durable. It automatically fixes itself if damaged or bent out of shape.

The shaft of the lance has the property to destabilize any form of magic on contact, allowing it to pierce through most magical based defense, both Grimm and Magical Girls. Also allows it to heavily damage any other magical objects including weapons and projectiles.

The destabilized magical energy will return to it's user without any loss, but it only takes an instant to impale anything.

Secondary Power: Abyssal Spear

Hitomi can also conjure any number of glowing azure spear within 30 meter, capable of being telekinetically controlled within conjuring range. The spear is also weightless and extremely hard, but unlike the lance, is brittle. The tiniest chip in any part of the spear will lead to a total structural failure, much like a tempered glass, releasing all of it's magical energy with explosive results.

The entire body of the spear will also forcefully absorb any form of magic on contact. However, the rate of absorption is quite slow, and it is almost impossible to completely drain anything beyond lesser Grimm of magical energy, even if the target was porcupine'd by dozens of spear. The spear also cease to absorb magic once it reached it's max capacity.

However, the main function of this spear is not to drain magic, but to store magic in order to empower it's explosion. It takes about 5 seconds for the spear to gain maximum amount of magic it can absorb, and Hitomi can also fill it with her own magic. At maximum energy, the explosion from the spear will also damages and explode any spear within it's blast radius in a chain reaction.

And it takes a lot of force to damage the spear.

Tertiary Skill: Total body precision

Hitomi is extremely talented at precisely controlling her own body movements. Combined with years of training, she can perfectly perform any acrobatic maneuver.

This also allows her to impale most target with her lance without having to track her target constantly. A good estimate of where her target will be by the time she thrust her lance is enough.

Hyper Power: Wicked Pierce

An improved variation of Hitomi's primary and secondary which consumes a significant amount of magic, but still cheap enough to be used regularly without tiring herself out.

She can summon a giant version of her Chaos Lance, as large as a big tree, and thrust it with immense force. She can easily crush tanks or send them flying. The Wicked Chaos Lance then disappear afterwards.

She can also summon a giant version of her Abyssal Spear, about half the size of a telephone pole. The Wicked Abyssal Spear can absorb 5 times the amount of magic compared to it's normal version, an it takes the same amount of time for it to gain maximum charge. This increases it's destructiveness exponentially.

Clutch Power: Javelin of Annihilation

Using an immense amount of magic from both positive and negative emotion, Hitomi can create a form of energy that is the antithesis of magic. This "anti-magic" is suspended into a shape of a throwable black Javelin.

The Javelin is ethereal in nature, and travels rapidly in a straight line once thrown, unaffected by wind or gravity. It will pass through any non magical object or being, until it makes contact with a magical object, which will results in total annihilation of both the Javelin and the target. Any magic caught within the explosion will also continues to annihilate with any remaining anti-magic within the Javelin, increasing the explosion power even further.

This process is very exhausting for Hitomi, and it will temporary put her out of fight once she uses it.

Hitomi can, theoretically, use her Hyper in conjunction with her Clutch, resulting in Wicked Javelin of Annihilation. It's giant version will easily level an entire city of thrown at a big enough magical source. Hitomi will most likely be caught in the blast and become annihilated.

A cool and stoic beauty. She efficiently cuts through horde of Grimm, all the while remaining graceful. Although she rarely gives interview, she was known amongst her circle of friends to be somewhat of an aloof airhead with an uncommon sense and an inability to read the atmosphere. Obviously, she never realized this, and would carry on with her amusing uncommon sense.

Biography:
Hero of Kyushu. Her family owns a French restaurant there. Because Baguette.

Primary Power: Musketeer's Rapier
Camille's trademark weapon. The rapier easily pierce through Grimm like hot knife through butter.

Camille's physical ability is also passively improved even while she was not transformed, although it is greatly improves while transformed. The most prominent boost is her agility, precision, and eyesight.

Secondary Power: Cheval Noir
Camille can summon a magical black horse. It can run up to a ridiculous speed of 600km/h. It is very resistant to most attacks, especially Grimm's.

Tertiary Skill: French cuisine
Camille's family owns a restaurant, and so she was raised around her family's proud traditional recipe. Everybody loves her cooking, and she loves to cook for them too.

Asking her for a baguette bread will make her annoyed at the implied stereotype, but she will usually have some in her room.

Hyper Power: Black Musket
Camille's musket is comparable to a tank's cannon. It's extremely accurate, and has an extremely long effective range. Since it fires magical bullets, it has virtually no kick-back. Camille can lend her musket(s) to anyone, and they can use it effectively providing that they are a good shot.

Camille can summon either the muskets or the bullets separately. Loading the bullets manually cost little magic, but takes time (and look somewhat ridiculous because it's a muzzle loading musket). Summon a pre-loaded musket cost considerable magic, but can be done repeatedly.

Clutch Power: Black Musketeers of the Guard
Summon a magical musketeers. They are all equipped with a rapier, and Camille can additionally give them a horse, a musket, and a pack of bullets too if she wish so. She can summon them as much as her energy allows her to do so, which is usually about 50 at maximum.

They are fully autonomous, but will not attack unless ordered to do so. They will do what is necessary to protect themselves. Camille cannot control them directly, but they will respond to her order without a question. They won't kill Camille, however.

Camille can harness both positive and negative magic to summon the musketeers.

Sassy and reckless, yet no-nonsense. Deadpan everything with a stern, but cute eyes. Tends to be too direct with her words, but that's what you get from a soldier.

Extremely practical, she will always take the shortest path to her objective, if she is aware of it.

She is quite protective of her friends and comrade, especially human soldier who risked their lives even though they had no hope against the Grimm.

Biography:
Daughter of a JDSF general. Grimm outbreak happened, and once she's old enough, she started fighting too.

Kagami became very famous and popular amongst the human soldiers. She can always be seen leading the charge with them, death meaningless to Kagami as she, or Kagamin as fondly dubbed by the soldiers, kept dividing to replace the fallen. It was thanks to her that casualty in the army was greatly reduced. Most of the high risk role in a squad are now being taken by an extremely expendable Kagamin.

Primary Power: Company of Kagamin
Duplicates into multiple body. Each duplicates consumes very small amount of magic, so they can be indefinitely sustained given a small number (less than 5). Up to 100 can be maintained without drawing too much magic to be effective, providing that Kagami can control all of the body simultaneously.

Kagami can also distribute the magical power of one body to another effortlessly, regardless of range. The higher magic concentration, the more focus will be put into that body, as well as being stronger, faster and etc.

Secondary Power: Ethereal Soldier
While transformed, Kagami and her Duplicates’ body are magical in nature, which allowed them to convert their body into throwable magical energy and attack using their converted body parts.

The body also automatically converts into magic, shattering into light purple fragments, that re-distribute itself into all other duplicates equally upon loss of function. Kagami can also activates this manually, returning stranded units back to the squad. This makes death of each duplicates quite inconsequential, and relatively painless for Kagami.

Tertiary Skill: Military Drills
Proficient in all sort of firearms, military vehicle, explosive ordnance, etc.

Military strategies also allowed Kagami to effectively control all of her duplicates without too much hassle. By using military style chain of command, she can let a large number of shock troops act on the order of a few intelligent, more expensive to sustain duplicates, which reduce the amount of decisions she has to make.

She divides her duplicates into the following rank.

Private
Shoots like a stormtrooper, and as sluggish as usual human. Does not even seem sentient, and walks and follows order like a robot.

Corporal
Performs as well as a skilled soldier. Can make a quick tactical decision on the spot, as well as operate vehicles.

Sergeant
Super soldier by human standards. If you talk to Kagami, she will usually reply with this duplicate.

Lieutenant
Performs as well as the usual no-name witch. This is usually the one she uses to hold an important, philosophical conversation with others. An easy way to spot a lieutenant is if she is smoking or not. This one chain-smoke.

Each duplicates can be demoted/promoted at whim, providing that Kagami has enough magic to sustain them.

Hyper Power: Captain Kagamin

By combining into one super Kagami, she can easily go toe to toe with a colossal Grimm.

If a captain dies, Kagami dies.

Clutch Power: Self destruct

Explodes, with the power being proportional to the magic concentration of the clone. It takes sergeant clone to instantly kill lesser Grimm this way.

A self destructing Lieutenant can destroy an entire town, but this will kill Kagami if she does not have any clone outside the blast radius.
Self destructing a Captain is by all means suicidal. But hey, the explosion will be impressive from space!

Workaholic and quirky. She is driven by curiosity more than anything else. She would do questionable decisions just to see what would happen. Yet, she always have plan b, c, and so on whenever she threw herself into an unknown situation. She may not expect the outcome, but she is always prepared.

Is also an incorrigible alcoholic, and drinks every night after work.

Biography:
An orphan with a scholarship, Chika's future was carved by nothing but her own intelligence.

She was just a year away from her bachelor degrees too, when the Grimm attacked.

Yet, she wasn't angry. She was only curious. How come such a supernatural thing be possible? What was the Grimm, and how did they came into existence? A few years later, she questioned the nature of Magical Girls as well.

She was smart enough to be recruited to a part of a research team investigating the Grimm even though she was only in her early twenties. Despite their best effort, all that anyone knew was that Grimm were the embodiment of negative emotion, and Magical girls were their antithesis.

During one of their field observation in a fight between Gungnir and a Grimm, Chika was surprised to see a strange ribbon and waves of light around the two fighters. Whereas Gungnir’s light quickly take a red and blue colour as it formed into her iconic spears, the Grimm turned theirs into golden and dark coloured ribbon as it regenerated itself.

Chika found that she could see magic. Even more so, she could manipulate them as well.

Primary Power: Magic!
Chika has the most basic control of magical powers compared to everyone else. Most basic, and most direct; she can manipulate magical energy directly into producing any spells she can think off. Spells becomes more inefficient as they becomes more complex.

When transformed, Chiko gains a broom-staff that improves her effectiveness at using spells, and a lantern that stores a large amount of magic for her to freely use.

Mimicking other magical girls' or Grimm's spell is often inefficient, but can be very useful if situation calls for them.

Secondary Power: Witch's eyes
Chika can directly see the fabric of magical energy being weaved with her own eyes.

Although Chika “sees” magic, this ability works as if Chika had gained a sixth sense. She does not need line of sight, nor her eyes, to see this fabric of magic. This ability will work in complete darkness and obscurity, as well as if Chika was somehow blinded.

This allows her to foresee any spells being prepared, and the exact way it was being cast so she can easily mimic them if she desired.

Tertiary Skill: Pursuer of knowledge.

A true bookworm, almost photographic memory, and the wisdom to connect the dots. Learning languages is her hobby, and she never gets tired of learning more.

Hyper Power: Ritual

Through careful weaving of magic, Chika can cast any spell with minimum magic consumption.

Given enough time, spells that would normally be impossible for anyone to cast would be possible for Chika.

Clutch Power: Blood Magic Transmutation

Blood, and life, contains a great amount of magic.

By transmuting flesh, or an entire living things, they can be used as a fuel to cast powerful spells. This requires the “sacrifice” to be willing or immobilized, however.

Chika gains a sacrificial knife when transformed, and this knife can be used to channel magic from the ritual.

A devout catholic, Charlotte is the epitome of a kind person. She will worry for everyone’s well being, offer helps however she could, and will never let her friends be hurt.

She carries a tranquil smile that truly comes from her heart, despite the hopelessness of the situation. Her faith never wavers whenever she was faced with insurmountable odds, as she knew God had plans for her, and that the lord would guide her to do the right thing at the right time. Perhaps that was indeed blind faith, but that also was her greatest strength. No amount of fear would make her lose her head, no amount of tragedy would shaken her, no amount of enemies would stop her.

Biography:
Charlotte was the daughter of a pastor in one of the catholic church in Japan. Although her parents were strict, like any devoted religious parents would be, Charlotte felt extremely comfortable with it. A life of order and faithfulness was her calling, and everyday for her was purposeful. She knew god had some plan for her, and she spent everyday to the fullest, gladly being the best she could be.

That had not changed when the Grimm attacked.

Her and her family went to the nearest emergency checkpoint. Her and her family lined up in the checkpoint as they were evacuated. Her and her family then volunteered to help out however they could, mostly in the form of giving religious service that comforted and gave hope to the survivors. Charlotte herself had saved a soul as well; befriending a girl who had survived alone. The girl later becomes Phantom, her trusted magical girl partner.

Charlotte’s faith was strengthened even further when she discovered her ability to turn anything she touches into silvers that ward off Grimm. God really had plan for her, and she was going to save as much people as possible, while sending all these Grimm back to the lord, so those lost soul too would be saved.

Primary Power: Crossbow
Charlotte is equipped with a crossbow once she transform. She can always summon them in her hand if she lost them for whatever reasons.

The crossbow can fire a magical bolt in any fashion suitable for the situation. Whether it be a cluster of bolts suitable for close range encounter, a stream of bolts in succession raining on horde of Grimm, or a devastating piercing bolt that can decimate foes from across the town, this crossbow can answer to them all.

Secondary Power: Silver Blessing
Charlotte can bless anything around her, including magical energy, with a magical power that enhance its durability and gives it the ability to burn all Grimm nearby. The blessing will cause the object to appear like a shiny silver. So long as the object are supplied with enough magic from Charlotte, the object will remain blessed. Once the magic source is cut, the object will gradually loses its shine.

The bolts of her crossbow are also always blessed with this.

Since her crossbow can be somewhat heavy, and requires Charlotte to transform, Charlotte also carries a small pistol and a sabre with her just in case. A single shot from this pistol, combined with silver blessing, is often enough to kill most medium sized Grimm. The sabre itself is also very effective at close range.

Tertiary Skill: Devout Catholic
Born and raised a catholic. Knows the bible through and through. Will offer religious guidance to those who have lost their way and hope. This is often effective at giving those poor soul another light of hope, as well as converting them to catholicism.

Catholic christianity was very popular before the Grimm, and Charlotte made sure that remained true.

Hyper Power: Holy Cross
This cross effectively ward off most Grimm on sight. It burns Grimm at a much greater intensity than object with silver blessing.

This cross also allows Charlotte to channel her magic with a much greater capacity efficiently, allowing Charlotte to use an empowered version of her primary and secondary without wasting too much magic. Although she can do this without using her cross, it would take too much time and energy to be practical.

Holy Cross: Ballista
Charlotte’s crossbow can be transformed into a stationary siege weapon when imbued with the cross’s blessing. Bigger Grimm calls for bigger bolts

Holy Cross: Holy Silver
Blessed object now literally evaporate parts of the Grimm on touch.

Clutch Power: Holy Cross: Divine Smite
The ultimate function of the cross allows Charlotte to call a blinding beam of light from the sky centered on her. The beam passes through all object, rendering cover useless. All the Grimm in the 200 meter radius will almost instantly disintegrate, unless they are exceptionally strong. Humans are spared and would only feel like they are bathed in gentle light.

The cross will lose its light, and it will take a few days before it recover any of its function again.

To the public, her personality and history are a mystery. DDC perpetuate the myth that she wasn’t a normal magical girl, that she was like a boogeyman of the Grimm, and perhaps she was a ghost bent on getting revenge on all the Grimm in the world. The public liked the idea of that. DDC liked that. Kaede liked that too.

She really was not comfortable giving interviews and appearing happy all the time. A ghost couldn’t give interviews, and didn’t have to be happy all the time. It was an ideal arrangement for her and her scarred heart.

She just need a hug from the person she trusts every now and then, and that’s enough. She doesn't want too much people to know her.

Biography:
There wasn’t much people who knew about Kaede’s upbringing, up until the Grimm attack. Her parents were killed, and many of the people that had met her was also killed. She was only seven years old when it all happened, and her own mind locked those memory away for her own good.

Not that it mattered. Kaede found her power, and she didn’t need to know of the past to use them. She just had to make sure she save as much people as possible, and that the Grimm suffered as much as it could before she kills it.

Primary Power: Cloak bubble

Create a magical bubble around her. Anything within the bubble is silent, invisible, odorless, and almost impossible to be traced by magic to anyone outside the bubble. Can be expanded to include more people up to about 20 feet.

The shape of the bubble will shift according to the terrain, and will morph itself to avoid undesirable creature from walking into the bubble. However it will break if anyone tries to attack it, or walk too far within it.

Secondary Power: Phantom

The phantom is a copy of any living things within the bubble to a distant location within line of sight. The Phantom can morph into other living things in the bubble, interact with anything, sustain a moderate amount of injury, becomes incorporeal to avoid an attack, as well as effectively attack in place of Kaede. They are much stronger than an average human and can easily dispatch basic Grimm.

Kaede can also teleports to one of the phantom, but this will destroy the phantom.

Tertiary Like a ghost

Experienced in sneaking and breaking into private properties. Doesn't need her ability to actually sneak past stuff. Can run quietly and climb quietly.

Hyper Power: Phase

Phase shift anything in the bubble into a pocket dimension, and cease to exist for the duration. Kaede can walk around along with the bubble to change where she will phase back into the real world. The bubble will display what happened in the main universe, allowing a safe phase shift back. Phase shift will fail if any object is currently passing through the bubble, and so cannot be used offensively.

Remaining in pocket dimension is not taxing, and so Kaede can remain in there indefinitely. Shifting in and out is the taxing process, and Kaede cannot do this too often without wearing herself out.

Clutch Power: Spirit of Vengeance

Once Kaede feel completely hopeless, Kaede will temporarily loses her physical form. She now sense, and act through all of the phantom at once. She also have no limits on where and how many she can manifest and disappear her phantom.

All of the phantom now looks like when Kaede was seven years old, with dead eyes and twisted smile. She will haunt her enemy, and toy them all to their deaths.

Kaede will remain in this form indefinitely unless something could erase her existence completely through powerful means. Once all of the person/creatures that have triggered this ability dies, Kaede will regain her physical form. Depending on how long she spent in her clutch, she could be mildly unconscious (less than a day), or completely brain dead.

She is quite soft and sleepy, so it isn’t hard to figure out who Ayane takes after the most. She is quite stern while she is on the clock be it during modeling or her fighting with the DDC. However she is very pleasant if you catch her in the regular day to day.

Biography:
She was among one of the first witches to awaken to her powers at the age of twenty after the appearance of the Grimm. She married Naoko Shimizu at the age of twenty one, and when she was twenty-two she gave birth to to Ayane Shimizu. She is well known within the fashion world, as well as a fairly well known name within the DDC as well, though she is not in the top 15.

Her husband is a member of the DDC’s board of directors.

Primary Power:
When Kawa poses, she can cast a spell over any Grimm who are nearby. Each pose she does has different effects on the Grimm, such as:

Enthrall
With a flirtatious move and wink, Kawa can enthrall a Grimm and make it loyal to her. The Grimm will follow any command Kawa gives it, and will happily die to protect her.

Freeze
Give a Grimm the cold shoulder, and it will never move again.

Confuse
Strike a disco pose! With a shake of the hips leave all the Grimm confused as to what it is they should do. Perhaps they’ll even hurt themselves in their confusion?

Secondary Power:
With a flourish of cloth and a flashy movement, Kawa is able to change her current outfit into a new one. Typically to accomplish this Kawa will remove her current outfit to reveal her new one underneath. However, once she has changed outfits Kawa is able to apply additional elemental effects to any Grimm which she has currently enthralled. The element that is applied to the Grimm is based upon the emotional “feeling” provided by the outfit.

Tertiary Skill:
She isn’t one of Japan’s top models for no reason.

No really she could make a potato sack look stylish.

Hyper Power:
With the activation of her hyper power a model runway will appear, along with accompanying lights which shine down on Kawa from above. So long as she is on the runway, the effects of Kawa’s movements and poses along with the elemental effects of her clothing are greatly increased.

With the runway, Kawa is able to directly harm Grimm with elemental attacks instead of her having to enchant a Grimm she had enthralled. The powers of her poses are greatly boosted as well, and it is easier for her to afflict the Grimm with spells from poses that are normally harder to pull off.

Clutch Power:
Once activated, when Kawa removes an outfit, then the outfit will remain floating in the air. While in the air, the clothing will act as backup dancers to Kawa, allowing to her inflict multiple spells and enchantments onto Grimm at one time. The clothing can also attach themselves to any nearby humans or witches granting them the ability to use Kawa’s powers.

She can project an attack from her tattoo wherever it is present. These attacks are often claw slashes/bites like that of a dragon. If a Grimm has a tattoo on it, she can use that Grimm’s tattoo to spread it to other Grimm to attack with. The more Grimm she has under her control the less precise she can be with attacks and the movement of her finely inked thralls. Projected attacks are also less accurate, afflicting a whole area instead of a precise target.

Secondary Power:
Transfers her tattoo to a Grimm, she can control any part of the body which is covered in the tattoo. The tattoo slowly spreads across the body of the Grimm, a portion of her tattoo vanishes until the Grimm dies or is released. Parts of the tattoo can hop short distances to infect a target

Once used the outline of her tattoo will spread across any connecting surface, starting anywhere her body is touching. Any lesser Grimm who touch the tattoo as it spreads are immediately taken under her influence

Personality: Someone her age shouldn't be struggling with their own identity, or at least that's what she's told. Sometimes she questions which thoughts she holds are really hers, and which were ingrained by years of working as the Automaton General.

When she's not doubting herself, though, she's protective, both physically and emotionally. She can't stand an argument, especially between people she knows. She also despises rocking the boat, so to speak, and would much rather preserve the status quo.

Wu is also a natural planner; there's always a small part of her considering options and consequences, even for the most banal choices. This, along with her high workload, can sometimes leave her overwhelmed and frazzled.

Biography:

Primary Power: The Honorable Clockwork Corps
Jia conjures platoons of miniature semi-autonomous tin soldiers, armed with various tools to do her bidding. Standing at half a meter tall, individual shots from their large-bore firearms can feel more like a strong punch than a bullet. She can create any combination of any troops she likes, including sappers, scouts and heavy gunners, though for general purposes she usually summons squardrons that consist of exactly eight riflemen, four snipers and four spotters.
Secondary Power: Suppression
Jia Wu sends bright ivory bolts to obstruct enemies. On command, they detonate into smoke carrying secondary explosions like fireworks, battering and blinding anything caught inside. The gas does not spread, instead staying the same size, continuing to disrupt positioning and movement until dispelled.
Tertiary Skill: Because of Training
That saber isn't just for show. Jia is quite proficient at fencing, being able to comfortably hold off an opponent or two while her soldiers wear it down. Her armored gauntlets allow her to block attacks, too.
Hyper Power: The Endless Clockwork Corps
Wherever the legion may stand, the legion will hold fast. Ranks upon ranks of soldiers materialize, ready to fire. Destroy one, a platoon, a mile, and another will take its place. The upper limit of soldiers has not been determined, as Jia has never strained herself by creating too many soldiers, only holding this state of single-minded focus for too long.
Clutch Power: Cinderella Cage
They say that time heals all wounds, but wounds aren't the only things time ends. The Automaton General draws on isolation to summon a dome in which time accelerates rapidly, turning even bones to dust in a matter of moments. The General has some control over this, holding back or pushing the dome even further. Inside, time moves as usual, only disconnected from the outside. The dome can't be easily broken, but those inside really have all the time in the world to do so.

Personality: A good way to describe Aiba is "dispassionate until further notice". She's fun-loving, in a very certain way. Laid back and cool at rest, she's irreverent, sarcastic and generally someone you'd sooner expect on the internet than on the leaderboards for top Magical Girl. If she gets it in her head that she's on an adventure, though, few things can stop her. Firey, motivated and passionate. It's plain to see that she's found the high she's been chasing, that this is where her Magical Girl persona shines through.

Primary Power
: Bound Blade
Aiba carries an ornate broadsword that she can control remotely. While the dexterity with which she can guide it lessens with range, its power and speed do not. With an audience, she can dice swarms with ease. She's even able to fly sword-first if she can hold a good grip, though she avoids doing this too often as to affect her public brand.

Secondary Power: Sylvan Embrace
The military longcoat she dons does more than just flow in the breeze. In a split second, it can materialize timber and vines from thin air to protect its wearer. Aiba can also invoke its power to create various types of plants, provided there is somewhere for them to grow from. With a little extra effort, she can make her own customized plants to suit her needs, and she often uses real plants as a jumping-off point.

Tertiary Skill: Forest Ranger
Naturally, Aiba is a talented horticulturist, and can identify and make use many types of plants.

Hyper Power: Yggdrasil Paladin
Of course, what is a knight without her armor? Aiba drinks from the magic of the earth, becoming its protector and its sentinel. Magnificent plate grows around her, first in wood, then bark. Roots wrap around her, vines and leaves string themselves together into a verdant cloak. Bursting with life, each layer of armor is tougher than the next, and rebuild and reinforce each other even as damage is done.

Clutch Power: Natrual Order
Success comes naturally when the outcome isn't important. It's all very Zen, isn't it? When she doesn't care anymore is when the knight does her duty best. Like a puppet on strings, she just goes through the motions. In this state, she's a terrifying fighter. Deadly fast and strong enough to shear metal in two, she gains a supernatural sense of everything within ten meters of her. Coupled with a lack of hesitation and flowing, dance-like movements, she's hell to hit in a fight. Victory comes as easily as breathing, and means just as much.

Personality: Eiko could be described as a rambunctious pest with a purpose. She's hardly ever serious and rarely puts effort into things but in the end, it works in her favor somehow. Of course, she's human with multi-faceted layers of complex emotions and ideas but she keeps all of that to herself. Why? Because reasons.
Biography:
Eiko was once the newbie to the DDC and had been partnered with Sakura or "Saint" as her mentor. They had gone through so much together and in facing the King of Disillusionment, they had failed. Sakura exchanged her own life to save Eiko but in doing so only pushed her to rewind time to keep that from happening. Ever. And thus an endless loop of Eiko's futile attempt to save Sakura from her imminent self-sacrifice continued. Eventually, it was Eiko who entered the field first and in turn looked after Sakura as her mentor. Unfortunately, the cycle had yet to be broken. Every alteration was met with a change to correct the timeline. In the end, Sakura will always die.

Time Freeze - It doesn't stop entirely just continues forward at the slowest pace imaginable whilst Eiko is capable of moving normally

Rewind time - What Eiko believes to be rewinding time, her conscious is actually abandoning her timeline for a more optimal parallel thread of timelines and in doing so creates more possible threads of time to jump to.

Name: Annaliese Burkhalter

Personality:

Stern, cruel, and a bit of a brat. Annaliese isn't exactly the sort of girl you'd want to call your friend. Hell, she really isn't even the sort of girl you'd want to stay in the same room with, lest you have the 'honor' of listening to her prattle critiques and boring anecdotes for hours on end. She's passively condescending towards most everyone else, has an inflated sense of self-worth, and is stubbornly insistent in always getting her way. Ever since she was sent to New Kyoto, she's been quieter, but still retains the snobbish attitude. At her core, she's a stringent perfectionist, obsessed with making anything she creates absolutely flawless in order to preserve her own image.

Biography:

Born to Leon Burkhalter, Director of the Maginot Branch DDC, and Maurice Dulfont-Burkhalter, his third (now estranged) wife, Annaliese grew up a member of modern aristocracy. Her father had wealth, influence, and prestige, three things she came to simultaneously covet and take for granted. She was never really a part of the DDC proper before moving to New Kyoto; her status kept her away from dangerous missions or bland patrols, so she took to wandering the halls of the offices and doing things at whim. During this time, Leon again remarried, this time to Eliza Burkhalter (nee Midas). When Annaliese turned sixteen, her father finally grew tired of her antics, and sent her off to New Kyoto to live with her stepsister, Leonora.

Primary Power:

Annaliese is able to alter the visual perceptions of listeners by playing musical scores. It is incredibly difficult to do anything beyond minor adjustments through improv, so for the most part, she uses prepared sheet music for her power. All musical scores played by Annaliese have this effect. To get a particular desired effect, she must create her own pieces.

Secondary Power

Phantom Orchestra.

Silhouette clones portraying different musical sections appear from Annaliese's shadow. Each clone must spend at minimum a minute tuning their instrument, or else the performance will have unpredictable effects. The more time spent tuning, the more structured and predictable the score will be. She is able to create, in all: Two violinists, a violist, a cellist, a double bassist, a harpist, two flutists, a clarinetist, a bassoonist, a tubist, a trombonist, a trumpeter, and a drum kit player with a full snare, cymbal, and bass drum ensemble. They are incapable of moving from the position where they were produced, so Annaliese must dissipate them and form them again elsewhere if she needs to relocate. They are impervious to any form of interference, and will only vanish if Annaliese disbands them, or if she is drained/incapacitated.

Tertiary Skill:

Annaliese is a musical genius. She has perfect pitch, can readily rewrite heard pieces from memory, and is able to create complex scores based on her primary's effect just by observing the illusions other similar pieces produce. Her skills of analysis in other fields, while nowhere near as strong, are still far above average, marking her a brilliant strategist and a very capable tactician. However, in the heat of the moment, she is very prone to panicking, greatly decreasing her cognitive abilities. She's also a pretty good singer, though nowhere near professional.

Hyper Power:

Concerto.

Annaliese begins to emanate a low, soft note that is magically amplified by her power. Everything within hearing range of this note is subject to a shared mass illusion. They are all mentally transported to a massive concert hall, devoid of any exits, with a large circular stage in the center. In this place, any illusions Annaliese creates are, for all intents and purposes, real. They do not show in reality (where all involved in this ability, including Annaliese herself, are stuck in a form of dreamlike trance), but anything they effect on the victims of the dream will manifest immediately in reality as well. Here, Annaliese does not need to tune her orchestra before performing, but this comes at a cost; she, as with her phantoms, is unable to move from her spot of performance no matter what, lest risk breaking the trance. That is the only way for the victims to escape.

Clutch Power:

Finale.

A terrible, multi-layered screech erupts from around Annaliese. Anyone within earshot is afflicted by disorganized, overwhelming visual imagery that, when combined with the noise, renders most listeners unconscious. This is a double-edged sword, as it is extremely effective against Annaliese's sensitive ears.
